Melissa Padilla is a tenacious and results-driven attorney whose practice centers on trust and estate litigation. Her litigation experience spans contested trust administrations, fiduciary disputes, and breach of duty claims, where she is recognized for her precision, persistence, and commanding courtroom presence.

During law school, Melissa externed for Judge Vincent P. Zurzolo in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California, gaining valuable insight into complex financial and procedural issues. She also served as a certified law student in the Juvenile Innocence and Fair Sentencing Clinic, advocating directly before parole boards and sharpening the advocacy skills that define her practice today.
