Melissa Padilla is a tenacious and results-driven attorney whose practice centers on trust and estate litigation. Melissa began her career with a strong foundation in employment and labor law before honing her skills in the courtroom and shifting her focus to trust and estate litigation — now the cornerstone of her practice. Her litigation experience spans contested trust administrations, fiduciary disputes, and breach of duty claims, where she is recognized for her precision, persistence, and commanding courtroom presence.

During law school, Melissa externed for Judge Vincent P. Zurzolo in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California, gaining valuable insight into complex financial and procedural issues.
